It is somewhat disappointing to see no really positive responses to Nicole's
plea for help. It would be a shame to see this effort go down in flames for
want of $2/shirt. Besides, I've got a six year old niece looking forward to
her shirt.
It's time to step up to the plate.
1) Everyone who lives in the US and has a credit card should avail
themselves of paypal.com and send Nicole the $2/shirt. There is no charge
for this service.
2) Anyone outside the US that faces prohibitive bank exchange charges can
send ME the equivalent of $2/shirt in their local currency. I'll eat the
exchange charges and send it on to Nicole via paypal.
3) Everyone else should do the best they can to support Nicole in her
efforts.

Mostly because it would mean that some people would have to send me $2
when postage is half that. But if you don't mind, be my guest! (There
were exactly 75 shirts ordered)
