Richard K. Harrison. I've read his Farewell on GeoCities once but I can't find
it any more. His home page is at http://www.rick.harrison.net/ and his
GeoCities site is at http://www.geocities.com/Athens/5383/ . I guess you could
found his email address there and ask him a copy or if Ray or some other know
how to reach him could send you a private mail.
