An introduction, was: Re: Noun Cases

I have in fact been on the list before but haven't posted much. I am
not a linguist and the only language I know is English (I took Spanish
in highschool, but have forgotten most of what I learned).
Consequently, I often have no clue what anyone is talking about on this
list, but I'm beginning to pick up a few things here and there. My
interest in conlangs is for world building purposes. I've been working,
off and on, on a fantasy setting and I thought it would be cool to
create a language to go with the main culture. And since delving into
conlanging I've developed an interest in language and now wish I had
paid better attention when I was taking those highschool Spanish
classes.
