Hey, I think I'm one of those (on the gastronomic side, fortunately : )!
Polenta is one of my favourite dishes. Do you like it? We generally eat it
on Sunday, in the winter. Imagine it: you're coming back home from the
church and you are freezing; the best thing you can find is your mother
preparing a hot dish : )
