In addition, people like me whose mail addresses are all over the Internet
are going to be used to send spam regardless. Protecting one's email
address from use (incoming or spoofed outgoing) by spammers is a hopeless
undertaking. The only reliable thing to do is soup up your filters and
live behind them.
