Two links: - http://www.miktex.org/ : THE LaTeX distribution for Windows. It has everything you need, is easy to install and maintain and update :)) . The only thing it doesn't do is make your coffee ;))) . - http://www.winshell.de/ : my favourite GUI for LaTeX. It's not a WYSIWYG. It's rather a plain text editor with syntax highlighting and buttons to call all the programs you need to compile your sources and check the results :)) . As for learning LaTeX, the distribution comes with the "Not-So-Short Introduction to LaTeX" (once you've installed it, it is the PDF file at \temxf\doc\guides\lshort-english\). It's exactly what you need to start using LaTeX :) . Christophe. http://rainbow.conlang.free.fr It takes a straight mind to create a twisted conlang.
