OT: FTP help

Hi!

Anyone know of text-based FTP programs? What I'm looking for is something
along the lines of...

Easy installation process (I don't understand EFTP setup...)

Enter document name:

Enter URL:

Are you sure you want to publish this on your site?: Yes button/No button

OK button

*begins saving to the Web, cf. saving a document to a floppy disc*

Alternatively, could anyone help me set up EFTP, and give me the necessary
keystrokes to drag files into the webspace?
