Ok. Here it is in koi8-r. Pinyin - Cyrillic transliteration Initials: b - б p - п m - м f - ф d - д t - т n - н l - л g - г k - к h - х j - цз (followed with palatal vowels) z - цз q - ц (followed with palatal vowels) c - ц x - с (followed with palatal vowels) s - с zh - чж ch - ч sh - ш r - ж w - в (see below) y - shown by palatal vowels Finals: a - а o - о e - э, ы (reduced) i - ы (after z, c, s, zh, ch, sh, r), - и (elsewhere, palatal!) u - у u" - юй (palatal) er - эр ai - ай ei - эй ao - ао ou - оу an - ань en - энь ang - ан eng - эн ong - ун ia - я ie - е iao - яо iu - ю ian - янь in - инь iang - ян ing - ин iong - юн (all those are palatal) ua - уа uo - о uai - уай ui - уй (in certain cases in newspapers - уэй) uan - уань un - унь uang - уан u"e - юе u"an - юань u"n - юнь (all those are palatal)
