For a moment the phrase "Annoying Chinese guy" made me think of the current star of San Francisco's kook parade, Frank Chu. For two or three years now Frank has tramped around downtown in a suit and tie, carrying a sign that says things like "IMPEACH CLINTON: 12 GALAXIES GUILTIED TO A ZEGNATRONIC ROCKET SOCIETY."
