OT: Need Help with French

I'm having some trouble with my webspace (I can't log in to
manage my MySQL databases).  They're saying my user name
is wrong, but it never changed (in fact, my web browser has
always memorized it and put it in automatically).  I'm concerned
that something about the service changed, but I can't understand
the French.  Could someone who reads French fluently shoot
me an e-mail offlist?  I'd be enormously appreciative.  Thanks!
