The first one should match the native pronunciation (or the bit representing the root at least). If it doesn't, holler. The other two are anglicised; generally, if two are included, the first one is Australian (and should work more-or-less for non-rhotic Englishes) and the second American. I don't speak American, so it's just a guess as to what the closest would be---anyone who knows better, correct me! (But no, I'm not denoting tensed /&/s before /N/, which are used in Australian as well (or any tensed sounds before /N/, so those of you who theenk, tough luck).)

Yay! (But I would've preferred to have got it wrong and needed to use one of those soft-breathing marks. Random apostrophes ontop of letters are fun :P)
