Yahoo groups version of CONLANG

I was just pointed to http://groups.yahoo.com/groups/conlang .

It seems like a mirror of this list. Anyone know whether it's fully
two-way, or additive one-way (i.e. people who post there are only
posting to the yahoo mirror)?
