Lisa`nre (was Lisantre) has moraic tone. All nonclitics have at least one
long syllable (in surface realization), which can`t be adjacent. Each mora
is alternating high and low, which becomes rising or falling on long
syllables(which is the only place tone is marked ortho-graphically). Clitics
are tonally part of the word they are linked to.
