I could create one with, for only consonants:
[t_d], [t], [t_-], [t_a], [t'], [t_N], all their aspirated versions, and
[t_>]
it makes 13 consonants, it's enough
it would be hard to speak and it would sound very redundant for someone who
doesn't speak it
