Well, I hadnt actually set the word order. It was in the back of my mind set as SVO: Tu comist a mi casa. So, i had been going along with that. I havent had a lot of time to really think about Montreiano with school and work (I havent done anything with the grammar since oh....february). So, when i read Padraic's archives for Brithenig, i saw the message talking about that order, and since I liked it so much in Tagalog, i decided that would be the main order. I also think the sentence looks cleaner this way (i think learning Tagalog has kind of influenced me to like monosyllabic pronouns to go after the polysyllabic nouns ;)). But, generally, when i do my languages i start with what's easiest usually (although i do admit, word order is THE easiest bit of the grammar, i think). I dont usually follow a plan, though i tend to like to get the basics out of the way first and then tackle the harder problems later.
