That is true. Romany has no established orthography, neither it has written
standard. Most of written stuff is produced in local dialects using the
orthography of the leading language of the country Roma live in. From what I saw
at the site, it used Czech spelling.
You can see samples of Russian Romany (Sarbicko / Rusycko chib) at
