Yes.  The Vine script on Omniglot is just a code of the Latin
alphabet, with each letter corresponding to a Latin letter
(plus a few ligatures).  Carsten's alphabet not only looks better,
there's also a well-defined phonology behind it, rather than
being a code of Latin.  It is a marvellous achievement!
