As palatized t. /t/ becomes /tS/ before /i/ or /j/, very simple. Of
course, Classical Phonemics would make /t/ and /tS/ separate phonemes,
with restrictions that /t/ can't appear before /i/, and /tS/ can't
appear before /e/.
