I'll bet! Daine so trapped usually aren't allowed any real choice in the matter. Usually, they're left to die, then their bones are stript prepared and wired up for use in laboratories. Sometimes they're stuffed or pickled. For use in those same laboratories.

Now those are some advances that Men haven't made quite yet. At least not "officially". I'm sure there are some healers or wise women out there who know of the healing properties of certain molds. The herbalists of old Hoopelle were fairly advanced and systematic in their study; but of course they're all gone now.
