Russian does this, I'm told. Georgian comes close, but doesn't

Yeah, Russian has a prepositional case with /-ye/ as the ending: [yA Zivu
v moskvye] I live(1s) in Moscow(prep). It also marks motion with the
accusative, which could be where Zamenhov got his idea: [yA idu nA parku] I
go to the park(acc). Then again, it's probably not that uncommon.
