Book Binding tutorial

While i was on a page that tells how to make your very own Necronomicron
for a Cthulian RPG, they linked to a site that shows you how to make your
own book that does not require any western book binding equipment (I
tested the sewing technique on a few pieces of scrap paper and the
stitching is very tight).The author of the site says her journal that she
made using the technique has withstood 2 years of heavy use with no
problems.
