Sorry to cut into the discussion, but you just made me
recall the night we landed at Schiphol... the L was
blown out, so all we could see was "Schipho" which
somehow translated in my mind to "shi& hole"...! :-)
(and that's not intended to be offensive to the Dutch;
to the contrary, I loved Schiphol... or "shi& hole")
