There are still plenty of Amiga-action in Germany and eastern Europe.

For hardware, check german places, eBay and other auction sites. Plenty
of old hardware, plenty of new expansion-stuff to old hardware. There are
still dedicated magazines too, like AmigActive in English and several in
German.
