OT: Which Linux is the most multilanguage friendly?

I was just wondering if anyone has seen any issues with Linux and
its support for mulitple languages and/or Unicode.   I'm giving
Xubuntu a try right now, but I wouldn't mind getting feedback from
users of this or other Linux flavors.  Obviously being a conlanger
means language support is a big issue.  This of course means
fonts, keyboard drivers, applications, etc.
