OCD = Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. A mental condition characterized by
intrusive, obsessive thoughts that occur with unusual and even disabling
rituals, such as washing hands, checking door/window locks, counting items,
making lists, organizing things.
It seems to go hand-in-hand with typical depression and anxiety.
