I've come back from (rainy) holidays right today and after a
week I'm surprisingly dyslexic on the keyboard, but anyway

No, it's not just you, Jörg, I even didn't get a whole
Digest once. It's still missing AFAIK, but I don't know
which one it is. I posted a message that somebody might
please send it to me, but nobody answered, so I assumed that
this digest simply did not come through. If you let me
search, I can tell you which one. Besides, sometimes, the
original mail has a later posting date than the answer, that
means first the answer, then question. Well, maybe they
plugged a flux-generator into the server at Brown's that has
"hiccup" from time to time? ;)
