ö = o-umlaut
ő = Hungarian o-double-accute
ø = o-slash
ą = a-ogonek
? = question mark
ψ = Greek ps (in Japanese charset)
я = Russian ya (in Japanese charset)
? = question mark (in Japanese charset)
