It sounds a lot like Black Speech (despite the two o's in it,
while we know that in Black Speech /o/ was rare) to me.
If it is indeed BS, then _burzeon_ obviously contains the
root _burz-_ `dark'.  Perhaps _burzeon staoch_ means
`language of the dark'.  It could thus be the self-designation
of Black Speech.
