Well, you were supposed to have received it a while back, in group 2.  It
seems you didn't get it, so you've been moved to group 5 (the last group, for
people who've been moved to the end.)  You must have unsubscribed from the
relay list or something...

Maybe you should try subscribing again.

You're meant to be recieving it on November 17th, but it might be either
later or Earlier than that.
