"Votian Tatar" language

I just received an email about the language of Tatars living in the
village of Koporje (Russian name; in Votian, Kaporje). I've yet to
thoroughly read it, but first impression, think Tatar words with Votian
grammar...quite interesting. If anyone wants particular details, email me
offlist.
