trQal update.

I've updated trQal and moved the page to
http://members.xoom.com/saevus/troll.html

Some changes:

trQal now has a more reasonable phonology, including some belches and
ejectives.

The vowel system has been smoothed out.

And I am working on some new texts to add to the site, including some
translation exercises.
