Hmm! AFAIK Andalucian dialect of Castilian is the base of the Spanish
all over the Americas, and I know of no Hispanic-American dialect
using /f/ for Standard Spanish mute <h>, but I know that some
Languages/Dialects in Spain still use /f/.
