I don't think you can get any more concise than the language of the Dhjibbis, whose syllables _yop-, _yeep_ and _yoop_ are said to 'express an unfathomed range of esoteric thought' ;-). It's all, and an example of language of the god Hziulguoigmnzhah (_Iqhui dlosh odhqlonqh_) in _The Door to Saturn_, by Clark Ashton Smith. A year ago this story was still available on the web.
