Mathias, I have to ask you the same question I asked Javier - what
definition of "core" are you using here?  (Clearly not he same one as
Javier, and also not the same as in other descriptions I've read such as
http://www.sultry.arts.usyd.edu.au/LFG98/austro/foley/fintro.htm )

Barry can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think he is a native
speaker, although he has relatives who are, and he's taken courses in
Tagalog.
