I have met and had lunch/dinner with a few conlangers, namely
Sally Caves, Dirk Elzinga, Kenji Schwarz, David Durand, Dennis
Moskowitz (did I get the last name right? you know, the Rikchik
auteur), and Adam... Oh, god, Adam, I've forgotten your last
name! Sorry... (*blushes*)
Eric Christoperson is in a nearby, but we've never met.
Otherwise, I'm pretty isolated myself. Not like our friends
in Columbia, Argentina, and New Zealand, but still. It's amazing
how spread out we are, when you think about it. How many
countries are represented on this list? I can think of:
the United States
the UK
Sweden
Canada
Columbia
Argentina
New Zealand
Finland
Norway
Denmark
the Netherlands
France
Italy
Bulgaria
Am I missing anybody? Any list members (posters or
lurkers) from Germany, Spain, Russia, Japan, South
Africa, Australia?
Matt.
