I've also written English (or German) in other scripts as a secret
code, for notes to myself. (And I sometimes make notes of passwords in
Arabic script, for example, with a rough mapping of upper- and
lower-case Latin letters to Arabic letters.)
For a while, I exchanged notes with my then-girlfriend, who is
Japanese, in Japanese written with Korean letters.
