I am definitely in this category. Totally verbal. (on IQ et al. tests, I always
did worst on the spatial-relations stuff :-( )
On meditation-type techniques, sometimes when I go to bed my mind is still
racing...I've tried repeating the Om mani padme om, but find that counting breaths
(inhalations) works best at helping to divert the inner monologue.
