Sorry. You're right, of course; when writing phonemically I always
use /d/, and I forgot this was phon*et*ical... Indeed /d/ is [D]
practically everywhere in Spanish; only /nd/ is [nd] (maybe also
/ld/). BTW it's not as pronounced as English /D/ -- it's much
softer, almost a dental approximant. Does that even exist?
