Incomplete? Rather it is an extensive checklist how
languages *may* rather than *must* express certain
categories. A lot of the categories listed there are absent
from some languages, and a lot of languages have far less
fine-grained distinctions within various categories than
others. There are, after all, languages that totally lack
tense, mode, voice and aspect, for example.
Has anyone seen section 2.1.1.5? Now that *is* handy! Now
imagine a language with 82 local cases! :-) Just to find
names for all those cases seems like a job for Superman!
