an RPG conlang: Kaendoran (not mine!)

Opinions, anyone?  Just curious to see "real" conlangers' impressions.
Someone sent my co-GM and me this a link to this (apparently)
up-and-coming RPG, and since there was a language section, it was one of
the first things I hit.  (For the record, I'm not quite sure why it was
sent to us; our play-by-email campaign has its own setting and is
freeform, which sort of obviates most needs for outside rules,
worldbuilding, etc.)

I'm not sure about the phonology, but their transliteration looked sort
of like a hash designed to make the thing more "exotic," rather than very
useful or consistent.  <shrug>  OTOH, they actually *bothered* with
something resembling a world-language, so what can I say?

NOTE: if anyone else is using Opera as a browser (somehow I doubt this),
