The Nova pronoun 'ta' is you or you'all. Nova does not inflect for the
one, more than one dichotomy, rather for known number:unknown number.
ta.t=E9 =3D"2nd person, definite number", can be one or 1,000,000 and onc=
e=20
established, the [t=E9] need not be repeated.
ta.q'i=3D"2nd person, indefinite number", not likely to be one but could
be (eg.speaking to someone[s] in a dark room) or 1,000,000, and again,
once the number is marked in the conversation, it need not be repeated.
Where the number is known, it can optionally be incorporated into the
pronoun for the first utterance.
ta.na=3D "you sg.", na=3D1
ta.bde=3D"you three", bde=3D3
ta.t'u=3D"you 8000", t'u=3D8000
--=20
