I like LangMaker and believe it will be coming back to life soon. After it gets moved to a
proper hosting site we can start updating it and increasing its linkage to other wikis and
web projects.
I have the domain glossopoeia.org and eventually I am going to make some sort of portal
or mega-linklist there.
As for the question, should half-baked sketches be cataloged, that's difficult to answer. If
you want to discourage others from using the same name as the one you've given to your
project, including it in the registries is a good idea, or at least mention it on a web page
somewhere so that people googling the name can see that it has been used.
