The US did. The 1893 Columbian Expo quarters have Queen Isabella
on. Then of course, there was Norton I, but he was alive when
his money was issued. Otherwise, no. Minor nobility is well
represented with the likes of Lord Baltimore (1934 half), Marquee
Lafayette (1900 dollar) and Sir Walter Raleigh (1937 half).
No state I'm aware of issued any money with dead monarchs on.
