Mac keyboard layouts (was Re: A Font for Pictographs)

This is great! Not X-SAMPA, but nice nonetheless. Question: what is
with the deadkeys? Option-backtick seems to be a rhotic hook deadkey,
but I can't get it to combine with any vowels.

What did you use to create it?
