As you well know, other things such as systematicity make language
worthwhile. To some, engelangs are not less appealing than artlangs.
For me, it is in poetry that I seek for freedom, playfulness
and capriciousness, not in conlanging.

Quite a lot of poetry has been written in Lojban/Loglan. No other
languages are sufficiently well-developed. As far as I can see,
Lojban presents no greater obstacles to poetry than any other invented
language does.
That said, the texture of Lojban is homogeneous and monotonous,
so I can't see it ever being a language great for poetry (& the
same for similar reasons goes for Quenya). But this essentially
has nothing to do with the logicality, and is easily avoided
by the language designer who seeks to add variegation to their
conlang (as I do with mine).
