It would be a very rare ramyo that could design or program a computer.

I think they're not really fond of technology, as it kind of goes over their
heads.  (They're non-human, and their minds work a little differently from
ours...  If I understand correctly, even TV as we have it know would be
difficult for them to watch--it would take some effort to connect different cuts
into a coherent whole, .. at least at first.  Hmm..)
