What, you mean as an initial consonant cluster? I
don't know of any, but I would think that quite a few
languages would allow [Nm] as a medial or final,
though I would be hard-pressed not to simplify the
cluster (whether by epenthesis or assimilation).
Consider the English examples /hangman/ and /hang
'em/, which I pronounce as [h&N.m&@n] and [h&N.m=],
respectively.
In the first example, I clearly place [N] and [m] in
seperate syllables; in the second, I make [m] a
syllable of its own. I guess it depends on how you
want to look at it.
