Oh! I hadn't even noticed the "an". That is odd, I'd use "a" either
way.
Replacing "handsome" with "beautiful", I found that I slightly prefer "A
beautiful slim Canadian snowboarder" to "A slim beautiful Canadian
snowboarder".
