When two (or more) adjectives precede a noun, they are NEVER separated by
commas (unless they mark a pause, but this pause is a style effect of speech,
because it's not usual, and very marked). If they follow the noun, the comma is
used only when there are three or more adjectives following, and between the
last two adjectives a conjunction is mandatory (usually "et": and). Commas are
not frequent with adjectives in French.
