He said, literally:

"In (2.18) a very complex path is present. Nothing similar can be
expressed in Spanish."

"Any attempt to capture more of the English original will sound
unnatural in Spanish or will not be faithful."

It's clear that he's not just saying that Spanish is "less efficient"
in presenting that information (which is also untrue), but claiming
that Spanish is straight _incapable_ of expressing all the nuances
in the English sentences. Sincerely, I find that nonsense offensive,
more so considering that the only incapability this guy has proven
is his own to express a given content in his own mother tongue.
